Hello all! After my oh so horrible first story [I had just begun to write... I was pretty young, okay?], I've come back after much practice! I've tried writing many fan fictions and stuff before, without much luck, but I'm hoping that with your support [R&R please!] I'll feel forced to continue! Yay!
Haha anyways... This is yaoi. If you don't like it, simple. Don't read it. This is Roy x Marth. Again, if you don't like it, simple. Don't read it. There's also Link x Dark Link [who I took the liberty of naming Knil {Haha get it? It's Link spelled backwards! L-i-n-k = K-n-i-l. X'D I'm special.}]. Ummm anyways... I hope you enjoy it~!
Disclaimer : I OWN NOTHING.
.::Enjoy::.

The sun shone down brilliantly on Super Smash Brothers Academy, referred to as S.S.B.A. by its students. This was an institute set up for heroes and heroines of their worlds to come together and learn from one another. The students who entered did not choose to come, but were specially summoned by the Master. Most joined, but some decided to stay in their home world.
S.S.B.A. was an enormous school that had extensive, quite beautiful landscape surrounding it, built in the center of all the most important worlds that our saviors came from. Fighters ranged from Kirby of Dreamland, to Samus of Brinstar, to Link of Hyrule, and so much more.
In one of the more secluded areas of the school grounds, the Prince of Altea sat upon a fallen tree in the midst of a forest. He was a young sapphire-haired boy, with an alluring slender face, and a strong, yet surprisingly fragile looking physique. His snow-white skin contrasted with a deep cerulean cape that waved in the breeze. His ice-blue almond shaped eyes gazed upward at the mostly sunny sky.
Marth was a very soft-spoken, shy boy and was extremely self-conscious. He didnt smile very often and mostly kept to himself.
He began to hum a soft tune as the gentle breeze ruffled the green leaves, casting an emerald tint to the ground.
Hey! Marth! A familiar voice shouted at him from behind. Marth turned quickly, embarrassed that he might have been caught singing.
A boy about the same age as Marth was romping towards him, sending frightened squirrels and birds up into the tree boughs. A wide grin was spread across his face and his boyish features were alight with excitement. His deep, sea green eyes kept straight forward, never missing a thing as a shock of flaming red bangs flopped into his face with each stride.
Cmon dinners ready! Roy cried energetically, grabbing Marths wrist and pulling him towards the academy.
Roy, honestly? Must you be noisy? The animals are terrified, Marth said sympathetically, thinking of his furry [and feathery] friends.
But Maaaarth! Food! Roy whined, still dragging him forcibly.
Marth sighed internally and simply went with it. He figured it wouldn't do any good to protest much farther, especially since small hunger pangs of his own were setting in.
When they finally arrived in the dining hall, the smell of freshly baked bread wafted through the air.
"Ooui! Marth, Roy! Over here!!" a bubbly, chestnut haired boy called from a table on the far left. Pit's silvery-white wings fluttered excitedly, almost hitting an already annoyed looking Ike. Roy pranced over to the table and Marth strode calmly after him.
"Hello, Marth," said a flushing elf, looking dreamily off into space.
"Hi, Link," Marth replied, smiling slightly.
Link was one of the few people that Marth felt truly relaxed around. He had a sort of calming demeanor. Maybe it was the elfishness? Marth instantly took that thought back when Link's dark, physically identical shadow form [commonly known as Knil] walked past the table and ran his long, painted nails up Link's spine deviously.
"Good evening, Link... I feel like a really sweet dessert today," he murmured, leaning in and pretending to bite something.
"Stop it, Knil, not now," Link huffed, swatting him away and blushing furiously.
"Have it your way," Knil drawled, sauntering away, obviously satisfied with himself.
Pit smirked playfully, eying a now very quiet boy, pretending to be extremely interested the cherry wood table.
"Where's the freakin' food?!" Ike roared impatiently.
As if on cue, Koopa Troopas marched into the hall, holding silver plates filled with food and drinks. They began to set the platters down at the tables, then filing out as excited chatter resounded all the way through the high-arched ceilings. Ike's eyes shone with the glee of a six-year-old on Christmas morning as he began to pile assorted meats onto his plate greedily.
"You don't suppose Ike is hungry, do you?" joked Roy, waiting for his chance to obtain some fried chicken. Marth smirked silently and Pit laughed out loud, just happy that the food finally arrived. Most of dinner proceeded as normal; Pit and Roy made jokes, Ike stuffed food into his mouth as fast as humanly possible, and Marth and Link chatted lightly or listened to everybody else surrounding them. Every once in a while Link and Knil would exchange glances while Princess Zelda shot icy death glares at Knil, who was totally oblivious to any such looks.
Once dinner was over, Link and Knil disappeared into the room they shared, while Pit, Marth, Roy, Samus, Ike, and Zelda all gathered into the Green Lounge [named after it's many shades of green decorating the furniture and walls; not quite liked by Link so much]. Ike was sitting lazily in an armchair, one leg draped over the side watching the T.V. vacantly while Samus's gaze kept creeping up towards him. Zelda was having a miniature magic war in her hands [fire versus water] while Marth was reading a book and Pit and Roy were wrestling around like kids.
The Master's voice boomed through the Academy announcing 'Dormitory Time'. It was really more like bedtime, but since nobody can force one to sleep, they had to call it something else. Everybody said their good nights to each other, as Samus and Zelda headed towards the Girl's Tower [in the west wing] and Ike, Pit, Marth, and Roy all went into their specific rooms in the Boy's Tower [the east wing].
"I am just exhausted! I had a pretty intense battle with Pikachu today. I tell you, that fluffy thing sure looks cute, but when you're battling it... my God," Roy sighed, flopping onto his bed. Marth closed the door softly, removing his boots and gloves, placing them carefully near the door.
"Nnnn... I'm gonna take a shower, be back in a bit," Roy called, kicking his boots off and heading through the bathroom door. Marth fell onto his own bed, looking at the ceiling. The drops of water from the shower resounded through their room and citrus scented steam floated up and out of the crack below the bathroom door. He felt his eyes grow heavy, and he slowly fell asleep.
Meanwhile, Roy was stretching his sore muscles out, letting the steaming hot water flow down his lean back. It had wide scars that ran from his shoulders to his slender hips. He touched one gingerly, remembering his old life. His drunken father... his bruised mother... his sick little brother.... Roy shook his head, trying to think of other things.
After putting on some boxers and sweatpants, he re-entered his room seeing a fully clothed Marth curled up on his bed, a few strands of hair falling into his face. Marth sighed softly and Roy smiled at how vulnerable and delicate he looked. Roy crept as quietly as he could, turning off the light, letting the moon and stars shine brightly through the window, making Marth look almost surreal.
Slowly, he felt his feet shuffling towards the sleeping figure, almost of their own accord. He wasn't sure why he was nearing the young prince, but for some reason, he was. He knelt down next to the bed and looked at Marth's face. It was so smooth and so... so pretty. His skin seemed to shimmer in the night's air. Roy couldn't help it, he just had to make sure Marth was real. He had to make sure he wasn't just make-believe. He reached out a hand tentatively, stroking Marth's cheek nervously with the backs of his finger tips. He was so soft, just like the petals of a flower. He pulled away when Marth moved his head slightly, a confused noise escaping his lips. Ice blue eyes fluttered open and met rich emerald ones. Marth raised his head hazily, looking at Roy sleepily.
"Roy?" he asked, thick black lashes fluttering, trying to gain focused vision. At first, Roy was startled. After a moment it began to get difficult to keep himself under control, but his natural instincts were overwhelmingly strong. He took Marth's face into his hands, looking into those frozen, yet somehow extremely warm eyes. Marth's face began to turn a bit pink as he looked up at Roy from under his bangs.
"R-Roy...?" he whispered it this time. Roy brought Marth's face up to his own, prolonging the feeling of being electrically close. He pressed his lips to Marth's delicate angel pink ones, very softly, trying not to be too forceful. He pulled away to measure Marth's reaction, who wove his slender arms around Roy, pulling the curious boy towards himself again. This kiss, unlike the first one, lasted much longer, and the sparks began to ignite. Roy found himself pulling Marth's narrow waist closer to his body as the need to be intimate became more and more burning by the second.
Suddenly Roy pulled away, grabbing Marth's wrists and placing them by his sides.
"You need your sleep, Marth," he spoke gently, internally screaming at himself for stopping. Marth obeyed drowsily, falling back into his pile of teal pillows, taken by slumber instantly.
Roy fell onto his own bed and began to wonder if Marth didn't know what he was doing because he was half-asleep, going with it because he was too scared to say no, or had begun to feel the same way that Roy had about him for so long. As the world of dreams embraced Roy, his worries slipped away and all that was left was the whisper of a kiss on his lips.
